Green Herb Dipping Sauce

This herb dipping sauce is perfect with all sorts of seafood – even fish fingers!


• 1 1/4 cups mayonnaise
• 2 tablespoons finely chopped chives
• 2 tablespoons finely chopped parsley
• 2 tablespoons finely chopped mint
• 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
• 1 tablespoon finely diced dill gherkins
• 2 teaspoons tiny capers
• 1 tablespoon Pura Canola oil


Combine all ingredients together in a bowl.

Serve with fish sticks and lemon wedges on the side.
