Avocado Dipping Sauce
A delicious take on a traditional guacamole.
Ingredients:
1 tablespoon Pura Tuscan Blend oil
2 cups thick natural yoghurt
1 teaspoon ground cumin
2 avocados, chopped
4 tablespoons chopped coriander
2 teaspoons finely chopped red chilli
1 garlic clove, crushed
2 teaspoons lemon juice
Salt and pepper to taste
Method
Place all ingredients in a blender and process to a coarse puree.
